Happy New Year from S.N.A.P. Inc and the Super Naturals!
Super Naturals Track and Field team members!
Are you ready for track?!! I had a Zoom meeting with Area 3 Special Olympics people last night and they are setting up the track season. Things will be changing, but we can still have a lot of fun training! Here are the ways it will be set up:
Team event only, no individual winners.
Each athlete may compete in 2 events only. There will be no throwing events(Tennis ball, Softball, or shot put). So no Pentathlon.
Points will be awarded as follows; 10 pts for 1st, 8 pts for 2nd, 6 pts for 3rd, 5 pts for 4th, 3 pts for 6th, 2 pts for 7th, 1 pt for 8th. So if our runners finished 1st(10 pts), 3rd(6 pts) and 4th(5 pts) our team will get 21 pts for that event!
Each team will have an assigned time slot to compete in. We will stage as a team. Our team will compete in their entered events. Once everyone has been timed in their events we will leave. After all teams have completed their events, all times have been entered, and each athlete is placed in their division, the placing and points can be decided. Each teams points will be added up and Donna Kilmer will meet us to bring our team their earned medals! Ours will be GOLD if you work hard enough!
The Summer Games will be set up the same way. It will be in Searcy, but they will not be having an opening ceremony and no staying in dorms.
No firm dates have been set yet for either Area or Summer Games. Looking at May 7 for Area.
I will let you know more information as they confirm it.
Our track practices will be the same as we have done in the past. Practice will be from 5:45-7:15 or so.
Special Olympics Area 3 Games will be May 7th at Rmay Jr. High. Time yet to be determined.
Summer Gams will be in Searcy. Dates and Times yet to be determined.
We will watch the weather forecast and hopefully be able to play this Thursday!
Check out our upcoming events on our announcements section!
Our "Bible for Haiti" fundraiser was a great success! We have raised over $1000! Thank you all!
at the Rogers Bowling Center from 12:45-2:30
available on our facebook page. This page will be updated every Monday or as necessary.
Hey Super Naturals and Fans!
We will be playing kickball as often as the weather allows on Thursday evenings from 5:45-7:45 pm at the
Kinyon Sports Complex in Centerton!
Address is 1550 Gamble Rd in Centerton.
They are very gracious to let us use their field.
We will be following CDC guidelines.
We will be using safety precautions for the safety of our people:
If you has any symptoms of a cold or flu do NOT come to practice or game. You must wear a mask up to the field.
We will be taking temps before you are allowed onto the field.
There will be limited use of the dugouts because of distancing.
We will practice social distancing/wear mask while talking.
Athletes and fans please maintain 6 ft distance when possible.
We will be cleaning shared equipment.
It will take some practice but we can make these guidelines work and have a fun and successful season in spite of the times. I know everyone will like this field! See you on Thursdays
The Super Naturals softball season was different. but was still a lot of fun! We played 6 games including 1 with the Benchmark Group team! The athletes had maybe their best season ever! They made a lot of improvment. Everyone enjoyed our new location in Centerton at the Kinyon Sports Complex.
S.N.A.P. Inc. wants to thank The Benchmark Group for your generous donation to our program! You have the BEST people representing your Company to the World! Thank you for supporting our Program! GOD has truly blessed us with your support!

The Super Naturals had a great time at the Special Olympics Summer Games! The weather was HOT and HUMID! Our Athletes performed very well! Friday was a long day of events. They could hardly wait for our dinner at Chili's, I think that got them through the day. They finished the day off with a dance in the park! Thank you all for supporting our program!
